Questions, answered

What is an AI LMS?

An AI LMS is a learning management system with AI built in. It helps you create courses, supports learners while they study, and speeds up admin work, while still doing the core job of an LMS: delivering, tracking and certifying training.

Can SphereLearn build a course from my existing documents?

Yes. Attach up to 10 files, 50 MB in total: PDF, PowerPoint, Word, images, text, Markdown or CSV. The AI reads them, including slide layouts and diagrams, and drafts a complete course.

Which AI models does SphereLearn use?

Course creation runs on models from Anthropic, and automatically switches to OpenAI or Google Gemini if a provider is unavailable. The learner assistant, voice and report features use Google Gemini.

Does the AI replace instructors?

No. The AI drafts and assists. You review and edit the course, and you decide when learners get it.

Is the learner assistant limited to my course?

Yes. It answers from your course content, and only from the parts the learner has reached, so it does not reach ahead into material they have not opened yet.

Is SphereLearn the same as Sphere Learn?

Yes. SphereLearn and Sphere Learn are the same platform, at spherelearn.com.
